Interior Plants

Rolling Greens selects only the finest plant material for our installations. Our full time buyer in the South Florida area handpicks all of our interior foliage from a group of selected growers. Some of these growers have been supplying Rolling Greens foliage for over thirty years.

Once selected, they are shipped to our greenhouses in suburban Maryland where they are acclimatized to your office environment.

Containers

Container selection is critical to the success of any “interiorscape”. Rolling Greens supplies containers of every type of material and shape, to complement the design in any interior. Stone, terra cotta, fiberglass, metal or acrylics are just some of the materials used in our designs. If “clothes make the man”, then “containers make the interiorscape!”

 

Seasonal Rotations

Indoors, the focus is on high profile spaces like Building Lobbies, Reception Areas or Conference Rooms, where a splash of color creates instant impact. Rolling Greens offers various programs to fit every budget, from bi-monthly to bi-weekly change-outs. Flowering plant varieties include azaleas, bromeliads, chrysanthemums, kalenchoe, caladium, poinsettia and other seasonal flowers. Either massed in a planter bed, under-planting larger trees, or individually placed in a single container, these color-spots are designed to impress.

 

Replica Foliage

Not every environment is conductive to the healthy growth of live plants. Many times, locations requiring the beauty of plants are just too dark, too hot or cold, or lack the physical requirements for live plants. In these situations Rolling Greens uses the finest quality “replica” plants. Many of the visual benefits of being near interior plants are still available with the color and calming effects found in true-to-life replicas. In the past these items were often referred to as “silks”; a misnomer as very few were made of silk, and almost all were poor replicas of live plants.

 

Site Furnishing

Rolling Greens has the resources to complete the many projects requiring site amenities to complete the design. Our benches, seating, ash/trash containers, lighting and water features can accent any project.
