Responsible for Contract Administration, Finance Negotiation, and Design Consultant, Paul's thirty-three years of experience in the Interiorscaping qualifies him as almost a pioneer of the industry. Teddi Levy

Teddi also is a founder of Rolling Greens, Inc. Her background in Sales Marketing and Interior Design is a primary key to the success of the company. As a major stockholder in the company, Rolling Greens qualifies as a Women Owned Business in many jurisdictions. Teddi is also responsible for Contract Administration, Finance Negotiation, and Design Consulting. She attended Hofstra University, New York Extensive Background in Sales and Marketing. William Fensterer

As CFO/Corporate Business Manager, Bill has been an invaluable part of the Rolling Greens team. His promotion from VP of Finance to his current position and his seventeen years of unsurpassed financial management has played a significant role in the steady growth and profitability of the company. Along with being responsible for all of the daily, monthly and quarterly accounting functions, Bill is our liaison with our banks and financial advisors. Bill now directs the future course and success of the company. No business decisions are made without the priceless input from Bill. “Bean-boy” as he refers to himself has a B.S. degree in accounting from Wilmington College in Delaware. |
Virginia G. Satterley

Virginia has been with Rolling Greens, Inc. over nineteen years. Her clients include some of the largest Corporate Clients, Law Firms and Property Management Companies in the area. Virginia is responsible for Sales and Design, Account Management, Client Relations and Quality Control. She received her B.S. in Biology from the College of William and Mary. In her over 20 years in the industry, Virginia has won numerous industry awards and recognition . |
Sheila Austin-Holt

Sheila’s meteoric rise in the Sales and Design end of our business has been greatly appreciated by all of her clients. Her ability to make her clients totally comfortable with interiorscaping and our company is unparalleled in our industry. Sheila’s over sixteen years at Rolling Greens is proof that her B.S. in Marketing from The University of Colorado was beneficial. Her duties here include Sales and Design, Account Management, Client Relations and Quality Control. |
Susan Devine

Following eleven years as a successful business owner in the furniture industry, Susan wanted something different. Simply because she loved plants, she came to RGI and worked part time as a Hort. Tech. That was in 1990! Today she manages the entire Interior Horticultural Services side of the business, with over 900 clients and 25 technicians. Susan is an ALCA/PLANET C.L.T. and Certified Pesticide Applicator. Her combined experience both personally and professionally is over 33 years working with tropical plants. |
Ron Burdett
|
Ron's previous 8-year career in the hospitality industry taught him the leadership skills to move to his present Production Manager position at Rolling Greens. Starting his “green” career in our Holiday Division as a helper in 1995, Ron grew with the company to eventually take over the Greenhouse Prep Operations. Ron manages a staff of fourteen, and is responsible for organizing the installations of thousands of plants that leave our greenhouse facility. Ron oversees the receipt of all decorative container, and installation supply deliveries to our production facility. His degree from Pittsburgh Technical Institute in Drafting and Design assist him with his duties at Rolling Greens. |
Michael Wood
|
Mike began his plant career at Rolling Greens, Inc. in 1987 working in our Production Division as manager. His recent promotion brings his organizational skills and attention to detail to our seasonal flower rotational program, while overseeing our Holiday Divisions. Scheduling, maintaining inventory, facilitating the production of holiday decorations, and the coordination and procurement of seasonal flowers is among his responsibilities. His B.A. in Accounting from The College of William and Mary helps him keep track of all his responsibilities. |
Donna Engelhardt

Rolling Greens is fortunate to have our own in-house IT person. Wired or wireless, if it plugs in the wall or runs on batteries, Donna is responsible for it. From computers to cell phones, voice mail to digital imaging, Donna manages it. Our state of the art software and plant tracking systems are networked between our two facilities. Customer data and inventories are available to everyone at the company. Donnas’ expertise in digital imaging allows our clients to see the beauty the plants will bring to the space, before the installation. She is certified in Informational Technologies from CSM College. Her ten years at Rolling Greens has allowed us to truly merge nature and technology. |
Trooper Mascot

Trooper is responsible for Security at the office and Greenhouse facility. Over 120 pounds of no nonsense, Trooper keeps vigilance over Rolling Greens real estate. Often found lying on the floor, sound asleep in the presidents office. |
Niles Mascot
|
Niles is responsible for nothing, zip, zero, nada. Often found underfoot in Woody’s office or in the warehouses, Niles does a lot of tail wagging and looking for handouts. |
